It was originally the medical supplies division of United Medical Group (UMG), and later evolved into an independent company to meet the growing needs of healthcare providers across the Kingdom.

Since 1990, UMG has built an international reputation for managing and operating major healthcare projects and facilities. Its services include hospital operations, medical equipment planning, turnkey projects, healthcare consultancy, and public-private partnership support. DMC inherits this legacy — its vision, mission, and quality policies reflect UMG’s long-standing dedication to excellence.
