Choosing a supplier is
a clinical decision
Any distributor can quote a price. What determines whether a device improves outcomes is everything around it — registration, training, presence on the day of surgery, and someone answering the phone six months later. That is the part we take seriously, for the hospitals we supply and the manufacturers we represent.
Six things we do differently
These are the areas where hospitals tell us the difference is felt.
SFDA registration handled
We take products through SFDA registration under our own establishment account, working with specialist regulatory consultants — so approvals and documentation are handled here, rather than becoming the hospital’s or the manufacturer’s problem.
Exclusive representation
We take on exclusive representation in the Kingdom: a single accountable partner for the manufacturer, and for the hospital one contact for pricing, supply, training and follow-up — with no chain of intermediaries.
Support inside the theatre
Our specialists attend cases on request, so a new system is introduced with someone present who knows it — not just delivered in a box.
Training, workshops & congresses
Product training and workshops, access to manufacturer academies, and an active presence at surgical conferences and congresses in the Kingdom — so knowledge stays in the department when staff rotate.
Supplied to your requirement
Items are ordered against each department’s actual requirement rather than pushed from a warehouse — so you receive current lots with full shelf life, and we plan lead times with you around case volume.
Tender & procurement support
Registered with NUPCO and experienced with tender documentation, framework agreements, and e-procurement workflows.
From first conversation to routine use
Introducing a new device into a department is a process, not a transaction. This is ours.
Consultation
We meet the surgical team to understand the indication, current technique, and what is not working with the existing solution.
Evaluation & trial
We arrange samples or a trial case, with clinical literature and sizing guidance, so the decision is made on evidence rather than a brochure.
Training
Before routine use begins, the team receives hands-on training — and, where available, access to the manufacturer’s academy programme.
Registration & supply
We complete the SFDA and procurement documentation, register items where needed, and set up the supply route through tender or direct order.
Ongoing follow-up
We review usage, keep stock aligned to case volume, retrain new staff, and remain the point of contact for anything that arises.
Three people, three priorities
A purchase decision usually involves the surgeon, the procurement officer, and the administrator. Each of them needs something different from us.
For the surgeon
- Evidence-backed devices from certified manufacturers
- Correct sizing and selection guidance
- Case support when a technique is new
- Training for the whole team, not one champion
For procurement
- Complete SFDA and registration documentation
- NUPCO-ready pricing and tender submissions
- Lead times planned around your case volume
- One accountable supplier per product line
For administration
- ISO 13485 quality system and traceability
- Predictable supply and transparent reporting
- Reduced reliance on multiple intermediaries
- A partner invested in long-term outcomes

Hospitals: tell us the procedure and the challenge, and we will come back with options, documentation and a training plan. Manufacturers: tell us the technology, and we will map out registration and market entry.
